Maximum reliability starts with attention to detail
1. Cable entry
Compressible bushing and strain relief on the cable prevents leakage into the motor.
2. Inner and outer shaft seal
In-house designed mechanical face seal plug-in type, which combines an inner and an outer seal into one, riqid unit and protects the motor from media intrusion.
3. Oil housing
Contains seal oil for Lubrication and cooling of the seals. Also acts as additional leakage barrier.
4. Electric motor
Multi-pole squirrel cage induction motor with thermal overload protection. Designed for direct on-line start.
5. Bearings
The shaft is carried in one main bearing at the propeller end and a double-
supportive bearing at the rear end.
6. Propeller
Highly efficient double curved blades are availableat different angles to provide different mixing capabilities.
7. Jet ring
Increases hydraulic efficiency thereby reducing power consumption.
