SECAD is a comprehensive Software package developed with the purpose for automatic design and drawing of one of standard ITT Flygt pump stations or mixer tanks. The program package greatly simplifies and automates a design engineer's station design work.
It is recommended to use the software in the beginning of the process of developing a pump station or a mixer tank, or for control of dimensions of an existing pump station.
The SECAD package consists of a pump station design program, mixer tank design program and data base with product dimensional drawings. The automatic design program uses the product dimensional drawings and Flygts’ recommendations of sump/tank dimensions to automatically create dimensional drawings of the sump/tank with the specified products installed.

AutoSump TOP
Prefabricated, standardized small pump stations with self cleaning design. Recommended for the range 3057 - 3127 (4 l/s - 95 l/s).

AutoSump Midrange.
Design and layout drawing for Flygt's midrange centrifugal wastewater pumps. Recommended for the range 3140 - 3301 (20 l/s - 350 l/s).

AutoSump CP Large
Complete pump station drawing for Flygt's submersible large centrifugal wastewater pumps. Recommended for the range 3231 - 3800 with flows rangeing from 200 l/s - 3000 l/s.

Design drawing with mixer positioning recommendations for mixer installations in different types of tanks, vessels, basins, and race tracks. Recommended for the 4000-series.

Dimensional drawings and product views (front, side, back) for the complete Flygt range.

The sump/tank layout is presented in different views and with the key dimensions included. The software answers on the crucial questions regarding pump sump/ mixer tank design as: form, intake design, distance between products, positioning, minimum submergence, minimum sump volume and the overall dimensions of the pump station. The output consists of a complete pump station layout that can be exported in the DXF, PDF or DWG format.
