Having provided the world with the very best in submersible pump technology and an unrivalled range of products we have always maintained a support facility to care for our customers after the initial sale. This we pledge to keep and through our network of Service Centres we have set up the facility for all customers to get the help they need whatever the problem. Our on site repair facilities, product refurbishment workshops, our flexible maintenance contracts, some 1000 hire pumps, our pumping station refurbishment facility, on site surveys, fault diagnosis and commissioning capability all contribute to the service you would expect from a world leader. The Service Centres are also available to provide you with service during the warranty period of the products life cycle.
We at ITT Water & Wastewater want you to be satisfied with our products and to get the very best out of them, so we are flexible enough to cater for customer specific needs after the initial sale.
