Resource some 80 plus service engineers are located around the UK. Commissioning engineers, electricians, fitters and Service Managers with a wealth of knowledge of pumping. The average service length of our service engineers is 12 years which gives some indication of our commitment to maintain an aftersales facility for our customers.

All of our electricians are fully qualified, having served a recognised apprenticeship, gained appropriate formal qualifications and undergone full training in the current edition of the wiring regulations. Service engineers undergo regular in-house and external training on the products and other equipment. In addition, ITT Water & Wastewater aim to be world leaders in Environmental, Health and Safety practices and we train our service engineers to a very high standard to equip them with the necessary knowledge to carry out their work in a safe and responsible manner.
