ITT Water & Wastewater´s management team recognise the need for good customer service, which is why we have introduced a central call management service for our aftersales business.
All of our service centres have been transferred onto the system so that you, the customer, will receive the response you require.
That initial phone call can sometimes be the first contact with ITT Water & Wastewater so it is important to get a speedy response and service. Our central call takers are there just for that purpose - to relieve the busy Service Centres of the many calls coming in. If you wish to speak with the Service Centre Manager or a member of his staff, our call takers will pass you through. On the other hand, if you wish to log a job with us the call takers will do just that and print off your requirements on a job card at the nearest Service Centre to your site. All of the call details are entered onto our computerised service management system so that we and you can track the progress of your requirement.
The telephone call to our call takers will be charged at your local rate.
All Service Centres are contactable on the central call number.
