Severn Trent Water
ITT Flygt is a main contractor to Severn Trent Water and holds the repair contract for all wet well and dry well submersible pumps for the company. Severn Trent owns over 5,000 submersible pumps throughout its region, with sizes ranging from 1 kW up to pumps as large as 500kW.
ITT Flygt has three Service Centres strategically placed within the Severn Trent area.
| Our West Midlands Service Centre is based in the heart of the region, and provides a local service for all of the Midlands, Gloucestershire, Shropshire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire. | | | | | Our largest Service Centre, in Nottingham, provides local service for the east, covering Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. | | | | | Our Service Centre in Warrington covers the Potteries and Staffordshire in the northern part of the region.

Focusing on a reduced number of contractors to repair all of the submersible pumps within Severn Trent has provided the client with not only financial benefits, but also continuity with the standard of repairs, accurate information recorded for the updating of the asset register, more responsive service and assurance of quality.
ITT Flygt has provided additional benefits throughout the contract duration and on many occasions provided at no additional charge compatible hire pumps to the client whilst the pumps are under repair. All ITT Flygt local service centres have the expertise and facilities to carry out repairs on explosion proof and flameproof pumps and provide full recertification on completion.
