A new seal system from ITT Water & Wastewater. The Plug-in™ seal unit consists of two independent working mechanical face seals and a propeller, that also circulates the coolant in the cooling system. The springs are positioned so they always are protected from the pump media.
The new seal unit means easier maintenance as it is almost impossible to mount incorrectly, it simply plugs in. This is the same procedure for all pump sizes.
The design also protects the seal surfaces during disassembly and mounting.
